Terms & Conditions.... The License / Licence to Use an Image - In a Nutshell: When you "buy" an image, you’re really buying a license to use the photographic image. Usually and with other Image Stock agencies, the price of the license is subject to it's intended use and limited to be used only once on that basis. You will pay more for the same image if the intended use is for a front magazine cover than an inside page. You will also pay a higher rate according to the amount of magazines, leaflets etc being published. 'www.Flower-Photographs.com' - 'www.Flower-Photos.co.uk' - 'www.Garden-Stock-Photos.co.uk' & 'Photo-Image-Stock.com' do not charge any more for an image being used on a front cover than it would for an internal page or dependent on a print run. That applies to both Royalty-Free AND Rights-Managed photos. We do not charge again if you wish to use the image you purchased from us for another project providing it has been purchased using the Royalty-Free option. Quite simply, when you buy one of our royalty-free images... it is yours to do with as you please, as many times as you wish! & when you buy one of our rights-managed photos, the price is fixed whether it's being used on a billboard, inside page of a magazine or front cover with a 5 million print run! If you have paid for an annual subscription and downloaded that image withing the space of that year, you may use the image beyond the term of that year without having to re-subscribe but should you wish to download any further images beyond your subscription term, you must re-subscribe for another year, else you will be in breach of copyright laws.
